Laura was fantastic! Frequent updates and photos, lots of checking in, and I could tell my boys were so happy to have her company. House was in great condition upon our return! Really she went above and beyond.

Laura was wonderful! Bowser was a happy boy when we returned. She gave daily updates and pictures and I never had to wonder how Bowser was doing which was great. We were able to have a stress-free vacation knowing that our boy was so well cared for. He has a special diet and she followed everything he needed perfectly. We came home to a spotless house, she had dishes clean in the dishwasher and our sheets in the dryer. Overall very pleased! However, we did have a package that had been opened by her boyfriend with the contents inside it go missing and we did not receive an adequate answer about this. This was our only complaint.
