Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs growing up and a cat most of my adult life. My cat was brilliant—she used the toilet. Before she passed, my own cat was sick for a long time. I have cared for my own and for others’ ailing animals including administering injections, pilling and giving subcutaneous fluids. I love to run and play with healthy animals—I’m a runner, so if your dog is too that’s a bonus. I’m a yoga teacher by profession; I’m very empathetic and loving, happy to dote on animals of any age. I love and cherish all creatures, and if you want I’ll even send you pics of their activities when you aren’t there. I’m also quite meticulous, so your home could end up cleaner as well!

Laura took wonderful care of our dog and house. She stayed in contact and gave us updates while we were away. It was nice knowing our dog was in good hands. Our dog is a little difficult to deal with, but Laura was great and tried different strategies to help make our dog comfortable. Thanks again!
Laura house-sat and cat-sat for me while I was away on vacation recently. I was gone for 16 days, and returned home to find a happy kitty and everything just as I left it! She kept in touch with me via text during the whole trip, sending me pictures and updates, asking if it was okay for her to give my cat certain treats, and generally reassuring me that kitty was doing just fine in my absence. She even let me know that one day kitty didn't seem very interested in her canned food and asked if that was normal, or cause for concern. I felt very comfortable with my cat (and home) in her care, and wouldn't hesitate to ask her to pet/house sit for me in the future!
