Hi my name is Laura. I have been an animal lover ever since I can remember. I have had pets all my life. My first dog was at the age of 13 and ever since have always had fur babies. My first dog was a Mixed Chow/German Shepard, I named her Floffy because she was a little fur ball. She was an amazing girl, that loved to give kisses. Then shortly came Peluche a poodle mix, she was this loving bowl of sunshine, her and Floffy became inseparable. We lost both to cancer a couple of years ago, but they will always be in our hearts. I now have a beautiful Siberian Husky, name Sky. I rescued her at 4 months old. She is now 2 yrs old going to be 3 in Jan. She is the sweetest, most friendly, loving dog. She gets along with people and animals of all shapes and sizes. I also have a 29 year old Blue and Gold macaw. She is a crazy bird that loves to cuddle. I'm currently a Veterinary Technician Student and I love spending time with animals of all shapes and sizes. I would love to be able to help in caring for all animals, specially dogs. I'm very organized and punctual. Sky and I love to go on long walks and playing fetch with her favorite tennis ball. We are both very social butterflies. I have done the basic training for my own fur babies, like sit, stay, come, paw and house breaking. I will treat your pet, as my own. With love and patience! I myself wasn't aloud to have a dog until I was 13 because my mom always told me having a pet is like having a child. You must care for it and love it because they become a part of your family.
