Hi, I’m Laura. I have owned many animals in my life. I love animals and consider myself a good, responsible pet owner and caretaker. I have three cats of my own and have had many other dogs, cats, bird, fish and chickens over the years. I’ve been Rovering for 4 years now and love it. Over time I truly form bonds with the pets I watch; they are my extended fur-family. I am only available after 4 during the week but can do multiple weekend visits. I am experienced in injections and giving pill meds. The care and safety of your pet is my top priority. My rate is for 30 minutes of my time. I will come and feed, snuggle/play, clean up after your fur baby for 30 minutes unless I get the feeling they want to be left alone (cats 🙄). Unlike other sitters, I do not charge for extra pets; just one flat rate.

Laura was wonderful in playing with and caring for our cats. She was patient and coaxed the shy one out and they seemed to enjoy her very well. She was communicative and consistent, even offering to come on days when we did not expect to need her services.

Please let me know all of your pets needs and I will try my best to accommodate. Also I have a degree in horticulture, so I can water your plants while you’re away and probably will if they look wilty even if you don’t ask, cause I hate to see plants suffer ☺️

IMPORTANT: Please don’t feed your cat anything out of the ordinary (special treats) before my visit; nobody likes an upset tummy. Also please let me know if you are expecting anyone else to be in your home or passing through while you are gone, so I can be aware. Please try to give me more notice if you need to cancel a visit, if I travel to your home and you are back from your trip and haven’t cancelled through Rover or via text, the visit will be charged as normal. Thank you
A typical day
Let me know what your animal likes to do. We can play fetch, ball or just go for a run. I’ve got mice and things on strings for cats, but can also sit and give good brushings
