Emergency contact information including names and phone numbers of people other then yourself that I will be able to get in contact with in case of an emergency if you are unavailable, Also a vet contact information and a preferred Veterinary ER ( if applicable) I would like to know about any medication, dosages and times to be given. How often your pet gets fed and how much. Any special requirements for feeding (mixing wet and dry foods, raw diet, crate fed, raised dish, etc.) Any food related or environmental allergies? Favorite toys? spots to be pet/scratched? Treats? Any special tricks? Any spots they don't like to be touched? Any fears? ( Ex. thunder, fireworks, sirens, sudden movement,etc) Any instances where he/she has even bitten or threatened to bite new people coming into your home? Social situation involving other animals? Are they reactive when on a leash? - If they see another dog while on a walk, is there anything I should be aware of and ready for, like anxiety, aggressive/excited barking, excessive pulling of other behaviors? - If so is there any training/ commands I should use to control said behaviors? ~ NOTE: I will not bring your dog into social situation intentionally. I avoid dog parks and off leash areas, as I can not control other peoples dogs. Your dogs comfort, safety, and enjoyment of our time together is my #1 priority !

I will take them around the neighborhood on a walk or a jog. I will make sure to play with them running around and enjoying my company with any toys that are available, maybe go on a run to get some exercise.
