I have both personal and professional experience with dogs going back to before I was born! Growing up there was always a dog in the house, and when I was 13 my parents put me in sole custody of training our new poodle mix which taught me responsibility and what dogs need. For three summers in college I also worked at a Doggy Daycare called Skydance, in Dousman. We regularly had 150 dogs come through every day and more than that on weekends. My job there included supervising playtime, making sure all dogs were fed, watered, and dry, administering medication, and keeping the daycare clean. I have also done multiple house-sitting extended stays for family friends who are on vacation with multiple dogs and other pets. I live right next to Boerner Gardens which is a wonderful place to walk dogs and I regularly go there to walk myself! I recently began running so if your dog likes running as well I can do my best to tire them out. My day job is being a sustainability specialist for a manufacturing company, but I am working from home currently so I have a lot more flexibility to take care of your pup.
