I think the best walks/runs are in natural environments, but parks and gardens are great too. I remember my Husky used to dream about her great adventures as she napped, and I hope your dog can too... For me, participating in Rover is fun because I like to get to know different breeds of dogs and to see nearby neighborhoods from a new perspective.

Our puppy had a great walk with Laura. He came back super happy and tired from his long walk. Laura even stayed out a little longer with him to make sure he finished his “business.” Laura was a life saver for us when my husband was recovering from surgery and I had sprained my ankle. Would recommend her!

When I pick up a dog for a walk, I spend a few minutes letting them get comfortable with me before we head out. Then we'll head to a nearby natural area, park, or garden. I'll walk/run at a pace your dog likes, and allow for meet/greets with other dogs who seem friendly (unless otherwise requested).

We are within walking distance of several great trails -- Larson Lake, Kelsey Creek Farm/Trail, etc. We're not close to any dog parks, so adventures are more trail based.
