I started out pet sitting for neighbors growing up. Fast forward about 15 years and I had a dog of my own! I was super nervous using Rover as a customer for the first time but quickly became close with our trusted sitter whenever I needed to go out of town. Now that I work from home full-time, I would love to be that person for you!

Laura was wonderful in taking great care of our sweet Scottie and sending lots of updates. This was my first time using Rover and leaving our cat behind instead of taking him along so I was nervous but I would certainly recommend Laura!

I have used Laura’s dog walking and boarding services in the past. She was very attentive and asked questions I didn’t even think to think of! Her dog got along great with my dog and they spent a lot of time in their back yard/patio area. It was the beginning of Summer so she put out a small “kiddie pool” so the dogs can cool off. Would definitely recommend!

I live in a ground floor unit with a fenced in yard (with chicken wire between rods for the littlest doggos). I have a 15 lb Yorkie Bichon for a playtime friend! I encourage a play date beforehand to see if their personalities mesh well together. I also have a guest room if the dogs need to be separated for any reason. Large king size bed in our room and a queen size bed in the other… dogs are allowed on beds and couch! Happy to send daily report cards/photos/videos so you know your pet is happy and safe.

Let me know if your dog has any triggers, if they pull on their leash, how they react to other dogs/animals. Happy to administer medication, if you explain in detail their needs. Are they anxious? Allergies? Favorite toy/treat?
A typical day
I love playing with dogs (throwing a ball around, chasing, using other toys)! When we are walking, I let them take their time and enjoy all the smells around them. My apartment complex is gated and has two dog parks (one is directly next to my unit). Also, lots of spaces to find new smells!
