Laura is hands down the best house/dog/cat/horse sitter we have had the opportunity to work with. My wife and I have five senior dogs, two cats, and two senior horses. With so many animals, we haven't been able to travel for a couple of years. Finding someone trustworthy to stay in our home and care for our menagerie of seniors has been an uphill battle. That is, of course, until my wife found Laura on Rover! We planned a special wedding anniversary trip to Tokyo for a couple of weeks, and we couldn't have been more pleased with Laura. From the moment my wife reached out to her, she was responsive, communicative, and very thoughtful. During the time we were away, Laura made sure to communicate with us (including sending pictures), without being prompted (but also didn't send too many texts either). She tackled a long list of special care tasks, such as tending to their heating pads, various beds, etc. Laura even taught us a thing or two with how she set things up! After our two-week trip, we headed back to Laura thoughtfully communicating when she was leaving after having fed and cared for everyone. What we didn't expect, was for her to have cleaned everything, taken care of all the laundry, stripped, and made the bed up fresh for us, so when we got in, we could just rest! Laura is a gem and we are truly appreciative to her!
