Pet care experience
I've worked with dogs for over 20 years in animal shelters Vet Hospitals and boarding kennels so I am very knowledgeable about dog boarding. I also administer medication to dogs that need it and special dietary needs. I worked at a no kill shelter for 5 years working with stray abandoned abused and neglected dogs. My job was to find the perfect home for the perfect dog. I've had lots of "happy endings" I'm a " home body" I'm home all the time so I'm available on weekends and holidays to spoil and pamper your dog including major holidays. Dogs are just my life and love!! I have a dog friendly home in a peaceful well maintained neighborhood and a big fenced in yard so no need for leash walks..just take them in the yard and let them run! No cages or kennels here. My husband is also here and he adores dogs just as much as I do. I am a homeowner with a small dog of my own. A beagle mix I adopted when a client could no longer keep him. Senior dogs are very welcome! We would love to meet your dog and have your dog as part of our family while you're away!

Laura is so great with Hershey and he is very comfortable in her home with her dogs. I am so pleased with her providing doggie day care when I send her a request.
This was my first time using Rover and was a little scared but Laura was very nice and welcomed my fur babies with open arms. I liked the doggy suite she has set up. She sent plenty of pics everyday letting me know they was okay and having fun.
Hershey had a great time at doggy daycare with Laura From the pics Laura sent, I could tell he was happy running in the yard and playing with the dogs. I know he'll have fun the next time he goes to doggy daycare.
Laura has always been great with the pups and sends all the photos I could ever ask for. She is also amazing to work with, regarding pickup and drop off! I’ve booked with her multiple times and will continue too!

I have a 600 Sq ft studio apartment in my backyard that I've turned into my "Pet Resort " with all of the comforts that a dog dreams of! Fully air conditioned and heated. They even have their own bed! It has all day access to a huge fenced in yard so your dog has the freedom to run and play at his pleasure and come inside to relax!

Dog must be dog friendly. Must be FULLY housebroken. No training pads. Please no "diggers" and no puppies. 1 yr or older. Must be spayed /neutered. No "fence climbers" I have a 4 ft. Chain link fence. No Pit Bulls or Staffordshire terriers
A typical day
Your dog(s) will enjoy plenty of time running and playing in the yard. I give my dogs and our guests Fresh Pet as treats. It's all natural and is good for dogs with allergies and sensitive stomachs and the dogs LOVE it! I have plenty of dog food bowls and ice water as a refreshing drink.
