Pet care experience
I've been caring for pets for 10+ years in Vermont and Florida. It started with walking dogs and feeding them for friends and neighbors whom worked shift work. Eventually it evolved to staying with the furbabies while the families were away for a week on vacation. I like taking them for walks and hikes (I've have few great trails I use). I work from home so my availability is quite flexible. I currently have 3 dogs and 3 cats so I am very comfortable with both breeds. My furbabies are under 10 lbs. but my parents dog, whom I care for, are 75-135 lbs. The large dogs all have daily medications so I am comfortable administering meds. I do not herd walk so I will only be walking multiple dogs if they are from the same family or part of a requested social pairing.

Laura took excellent and personal care of my two dogs in my house while I was on vacation. She followed all directions that I left about food and letting them out. I appreciated that she even double checked with me to make sure which dog sleeps in which room, so their schedule was the same as normal! I loved it when she sent a picture each day of how my doggies were doing, and they were clearly calm and happy with her there. Laura's positive and helpful personality and calmness around even larger dogs (she owns a smaller doggie and cats herself) was exactly what I needed while I was gone, and I plan on hiring her again.
Laura has been caring for my three labs, a smaller dog and cat for a couple of years now. The services we have used are dog walking, pet sitter and she has even taken my pups to the vet for me when I was at work. She is very professional, loving and dependable. My pups are always so excited to see her. When I have used the pet sitting service, she updates me with pictures daily and does not mind it I call to check up on them.
