NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS AS OF NOV 2019 RATES: Dogs more than 40 pounds = $32/night Dogs less than 40 pounds = $27/night Pickups after 7 pm = an additional $10 (Example, if you plan to pick up your dog on the last day at 9 p.m., I will request an additional $10 fee for the day since you won't be charged for the evening). I've always had an affinity for animals - especially dogs. I grew up with dachshunds my whole life and I adopted Palmer in 2011 from Yelp!BR dog rescue and most recently adopted Cheerio in 2014 from Looking Fur Love Dog Rescue, which my sister cofounded locally. I work close to home so I would be able to attend to your dog on my lunch breaks and before/after work. I will provide your dog with walks if your dog is used to walks - however, please note during summer months I may choose not to walk based on heat levels for safety reasons. Your dog will get plenty of snuggle and play time in the evenings. I WORK FULL TIME. I DO NOT OFFER 24/7 SUPERVISION. I prefer to maintain the status quo at my house so please feel free to bring anything that may help your pup ease in to the vacay - bed, blanket, toys, treats, food, etc. Your pup is likely equally as stressed with you leaving as you are leaving him/her and I like to make the pup feel as comfortable as possible at my house. **Dogs MUST be up to date on bordetella/rabies shots and heartworm/flea medications. **Dogs MUST be spayed/neutered. **Dogs MUST be friendly with other dogs. No aggressive dogs, please. **In the event your dog requires emergency care, I will request an additional $10 for transportation to/from the ER. **I have recently redone my hardwood floors and do not allow dogs to roam free in my house or living room while I'm not home. If your dog is uncomfortable being confined behind gates in a kitchen or can escape/hop gates, then he/she will need to be crated at my house. If your dog is not comfortable being crated while I am at work or not home, then my house may not be your best option. :) **No drop offs before 7 am, unless approved; no pick ups later than 10 pm. I prefer some advance notice for bookings. I will accept last minute bookings on some occasions, but I prefer time to prepare my household.
