Pet care experience
I was the owner of Peace of Mind Pet Care out of South Windsor for 15 years! My goal is that you have peace of mind when I'm with your pets! I am available to walk and do visits with your dog (or visit cats) throughout the day! I am comfortable administering medication if needed. I pay attention to the little details and want you and your pets to be comfortable knowing they will be cared and loved! I work as a remote health coach during the day so my time is flexible and I am always ok with last minute cancellations. I would like to stay close to the Vernon/Tolland area so last minute requests should not be a problem! I can also do visits for other furry pets (rats, guinea pigs) so please ask! I am comfortable doing farm visits as well ( there may be a slightly higher fee depending on the work) but always ask! * I am comfortable administering medication if needed!

I would need to know how your dog does well meeting strangers (although I cam confident with most all dogs) there is the occasion that dogs can be fearful of new people coming into their territory. There eating schedule is important (and it is normal for dogs to go off schedule when their owners are away). Overall, I would love to hear all about your pets and how I can best take care of them while you are away!
A typical day
I prefer to stay close to the dogs home and avoid busy roads! Backyard play is the safest for everyone but if you have a designated trail for walking, that would be great! Some dogs really love a nice walk and others just prefer to have company and some conversation :)
