Laura's setup is fantastic. Our Border Terrier, Emma, clearly had a most enjoyable stay. She returned to us, very relaxed and with a smile on her face. I wish I could be so complementary about Rover's administration. I find it very inconvenient, not to say curious that we cannot communicate with the kennel directly. By pure luck (by ringing Rover's number in Costa Rica, of all places) I discovered at the last moment that Laura had moved house. This essential piece of information should have been relayed to me much earlier by Rover. Had this been done, I could have changed my travel arrangements which would have saved time and money. Not withstanding these criticisms, I intend to rebook Laura through your organisation whilst supping with Rover with a long spoon.
