Aloha! My name is Laura. I have a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and am a Licensed Veterinary Technician. I have been in the Veterinary field for 21 years doing pet sitting on the side. I offer medication administration (oral & injections), nail trims, basic grooming, baths, subcutaneous fluids, anal gland expressions. I am especially familiar with diabetics, hyperthyroidism, renal failure and other metabolic issues. Along with my Veterinary education my heart goes out to every dog and cat I get the honor to take care of. I also board cats. I love to hike and if your dog is able I will take them! I look forward to meeting your four legged furries soon. I work part-time so I have a lot of time to walk or hike the four legged furries I care for. Also, my job supports a local humane society so I can bring your baby to work if good with other dogs. Telluride is also a very dog friendly town so I can take your dog with me to get coffee or a bite to eat. I will take your dog wherever I go unless its unsafe. My place is 100% cat & dog friendly. I allow your fur baby on my couches and in my bed unless you do not want that. I have a back patio that has grass and woods but I never, ever let any dog off leash. I believe safety is #1!
