Hello everyone, As you know my name is Laura, but let me take a few minutes to tell you a little more about me. I took some time away from Rover a few years back as moved to a new city, got married, and welcomed 2 precious boys into this world. I am a dog breeder, and I breed an Italian mastiff called the Cane Corso. I have such a love for dogs and have been dog sitting for friends and family for as long as I can remember. I have dealt with many different breeds and many dogs of different needs. I love training dogs and have assisted many people in training their dogs. I am not a certified dog trainer, but maybe one day I will be. I understand how important consistency is in training dogs, therefore I try my best to stay consistent with your current training and house rules you have set in place for your fur babies.

Laura is FABULOUS she cared for our three cats and two dogs while we were away. She is caring, competent and a devil when it comes to details. One of our dogs had to have emergency surgery two days before we left and Laura was left to give him four different medications plus the post op instructions for the incision care. Laura handled everything and we were able to attend a wedding out of state. If Laura was not our pet sitter I am not sure we would have gone. If you need a pet sitter this is the girl to hire.
Laura is a ROCK STAR. Laura recently watched our two dogs and three cats and was FABULOUS. She sent photos everyday and usually we are out of the country and not able to receive the pictures but this time we did and it was GREAT. She is professional, provides GREAT pet care and was a dream to work with while away.
Laura did an awesome job with my 3 pups. She took such great care of them. I was nervous about leaving the country and leaving my dogs. She sent daily pictures and communicated with me daily. Her son Archer is a great helper. He gave my dogs lots of love and attention. I would highly recommend Laura and will use her again in the future.
Laura house sat for our three cats and our dog. She is AWESOME! She did a meet and greet and answered all our questions and did a fabulous job. If you need someone who is responsible, great with animals and pleasant to work with this is your girl. Our pets loved her so much they even showed her affection in our presents once we got home.

Growing up I have been taught to live by the Golden Rule: treat others the way you want to be treated. With that in mind, I take care of any pets I am watching over as if they are my own. Both my boys come with me to any home I stay at, so it is very important any dogs I'm watching over are comfortable with children. I actively work with kids and our dogs on how to interact and respect each other. Keeping up on training is important to keep our household from chaos. Since I stay in the home of my clients, I also keep the house exactly as the pet parent left it. If a pet parent has taken the time to clean their house before they leave, the least I can do is make sure the house is still clean when they arrive back home.

A typical day
As a pet parent myself, I understand it is hard to leave your pups at home. I will try my best to keep you well updated on how your pups are doing and send lots of pictures. My pet care is very customized to what your pet needs. I love playing with dogs and my toddler does too. If your dog needs to burn off some energy, rest assured they will get their exercise in. As much as I love playtime, I also love snuggling up on the couch with a furry friend! I will even sit on the floor to give some pets and cuddles for those dogs not allowed on the furniture.

Availability
Being a stay-at-home mom allows me to have lots of time to spend with your sweet fur babies each day. My boys are young and currently not in school or in any extracurricular activities yet. I typically have an open schedule to mean any pet parent's needs. My schedule and availability can be quite limited at certain times of the year. I value spending the holidays with my family and creating fun traditions with my boys. Since I am a dog breeder, I will not be accepting any house-sitting jobs when I am expecting any puppies. I will also remain unavailable until all my puppies have found their new loving homes.
