Hi! I am a Kindergarten teacher on summer break. I have been dog sitting most summers for about 6 years now. My friends, families, and neighbors have trusted me to watch their dogs for short or long stays. I had a beagle growing up and love their energy. My schedule is pretty flexible so if you need a last minute walk, or you need me to let your dog out if you get called into work, I am here for you. I do not smoke and I can drive to your home. I am trustworthy and am used to taking care of over 20 kids at one time, so I am very responsible and focused. I also am background checked/fingerprinted by the state of Illinois due to my job but also have background checked through Rover. Let me know if you need my help with your pet.

Laura has always been great with my two dogs. She has watched them for years and I am so thankful I can leave them with somebody I trust. She is caring and treats them as her own. They are always so excited to see her and feel right at home.
I know Laura professionally and personally! She is a great teacher and role model for students. On her free time, she loves spending time with her friends, who all have dogs! She helps out with them whenever she can and has even pet sat for a few of them. Laura would be the perfect caregiver for your pet!
Laura has been a family friend for over 10 years and always loves playing with and seeing our dogs. They love her and always want to cuddle with her and sit on top of her lap! She is very honest & kind!

I personally LOVE beagles! I had one growing up and will forever love them. I love all other dogs too and have watched Bernese mountain dogs, mixed breeds, golden retrievers, shelties, beagles, basset hounds, and a variety of others. My friends and family have dogs and we will sometimes have cook outs or parties with 8 or more dogs over so I have been around a ton!
A typical day
I will take your dogs on walks, play with them, and have them socialize with my family members’ dogs if that is okay with you (not at your home).
