Dogs are everything I aspire to be. They give love freely, they’re always up for play, and they live in the moment. Dogs make everything a little bit happier—I became a Rover sitter so that I can make dogs happy in return! I am a Karen Pryor Academy for Animal Training and Behavior graduate and Certified Training Partner specializing in anxious and fearful dogs. Boarding is stressful - let me be a safer alternative. Have a behavioral issue? I'll work on it while you're away! I come to Rover with a great deal of experience. I work at the PetSmart PetsHotel taking care of the boarded dogs and cats and running doggie day camp! I know the signs of stress and aggression, and how to discourage them kindly. I've also been trained how to safely break up a dog fight if one should arise. Safety for both people and pets is my first priority! I was a 6 week intern at Best Friends Animal Society and I've also fostered both cats and dogs with health and behavioral issues. It's my dream to make problems dogs adoptable again! When it comes to dogs, big, small, I love them all! Though I have a weakness for the little ones. And pit bulls—I love them most of all! There are so many ways to have fun with a pup—we can for a nice walk or a good, long hike (if your dog is well behaved on a leash), or snuggle up at home with a good book! I prefer to stay close to the home and do as little driving with your pet as possible for safety reasons, but this area is so great for walks that we don’t have to go far for fun!
