This was our first time using the Rover App and meeting David. We will certainly use him again he took exceptional care of Lucy. She was in heat so finding someone to take care of her was difficult, but he rose to the challenge!

It pains me to leave this review. I think that Laura and David are very friendly people. But I feel compelled to state facts that prospective clients should have the opportunity to be made aware of. We had kept our previous dog with David a couple of times without any problems. But more recently we had David take care of our puppy. After agreeing to stick to a my requested care, which was keeping Hunter in a crate whenever he was not supervised. Somehow Hunter's leg was broken during his stay. David was unaware that it was broken. And had even mentioned that it may had happened while he left him in the back yard on a run.I can't imagine why he would put a 16 week old 5lb puppy on a run after my crate request that he agreed to. I took him to the vet the day I picked him up. He was put in the first of three casts, as he was very small and growing daily. Unfortunately, after months of vet visits, they referred us to a specialist to see if we could do something more to get his leg working normally. Unfortunately, we were told that it will never fully recover. The leg is deformed now and does not bend the direction it should. It already has affected his quality of life daily as it will as he grows and matures. Very sad, to see any dog go through this.
