Pet care experience
I have a bachelor's degree in animal behavior, history working in grooming and at a veterinary office. I've been a foster parent to over a dozen dogs and am always looking to help the animals in my care feel safe and at home! I'm a social worker with a flexible schedule and will work to accommodate your dogs' needs! Please feel free to ask questions and let me know what you're looking for! My dogs are my kids and I know how difficult and expensive it can be to leave them, especially if you have more than one! Let's figure out how to make it a comfortable, affordable and great experience!

Laura was amazing with our dogs. After receiving an update from her after her first visit with them I knew I could rest assured she was taking great care of our pups. She went above and beyond and kept us very updated. She will be caring for our dogs again soon and I know they will be thrilled to see her!

I highly recommend Laura! She's wonderful with our little Delilah and we would love for her to come stay with her again and again. Delilah has separation anxiety and Laura was very understanding and genuinely caring about her needs. After spending time with Laura, Delilah eats, plays and acts like her normal self while we're gone. Hearing the stories of what they did together and the pics that Laura sends during the visit really put my mind at ease. Laura is a wonderful sitter and a very nice person!

Dogs must be dog friendly as we have four of our own. All breeds are welcome. Adult animals need to be house trained and either crate trained or capable of staying out in the house for up to 5 hours. Please let me know what makes your dog feel safe and at home and any concerns that you have about leaving them.
A typical day
We love spending time in our yard playing fetch and running around. We also enjoy setting up the pool for the pups on a hot day! We don't walk regularly but are happy to take a walk if this is something your kiddo enjoys!
