Let me love your fur kids
Pet care experience
I have been a registered nurse to humans for 16 years. I am also a dog and cat owner and my animals are my children. I have potty-trained 2 chihuahuas and 1 miniature pinscher. All of my dogs are seniors now and living their best life. I have dog sat for friends and relatives for the last 10 years. I have owned pets my entire life. My oldest dog has become visually impaired, so I have to accommodate her inability to navigate up and down the deck stairs. My oldest chihuahua has been diagnosed with heart failure, so he requires frequent potty breaks as a result of his medication.

Best sitter !! We love her!!
My 4 Littles have fun every time they're visiting! I appreciate how much they're loved and cared for when Larissa watches them.
The only dog sitter I trust with my 4 Littles! Larissa and her husband are so caring and my pups always have a great time while they're there!
Larissa is incredible! My 4 little pups enjoyed staying with her! Even my most skittish pup had a great time and came out of her shell on day 2! Definitely recommend! Thank you again!

I have a fully fenced large backyard for your fur babies to roam. All animals sleep inside and are only required to be outdoors for bathroom time or as they desire. My dogs feed once a day, but I can accommodate your pet’s schedule to increase comfort level. My dogs are crate-trained, but are only crated when we are not home or at night for sleeping. I have 3 small senior dogs that are friendly with other small and medium breeds. Their reaction to larger breeds depends on the individual guest dog. I had an elderly lab that I rescued years ago that my littles LOVED! High energy, younger large breeds tend to frighten my the littles. I also have a 2.5 yr old, 50lbs lab mix that loves all canine friends. I have 2 cats that we rescued in November 2020. They have a cat enclosure off of our laundry room so it’s off limits to the dogs. The bedroom where the dogs eat and sleep is off limits to the cats. I allow socializing of guest dogs with my dogs because dogs are pack animals and interaction with others allows for healthy emotional and mental development. It also provides necessary physical exercise. I will separate any canines that are deemed incompatible as needed. I can also administer any daily medications per vet instructions if necessary. All of my animals are up-to-date on vaccinations and receive scheduled flea and tick treatment.

Information Larissa M. would like to know about your pet
I highly recommend each owner provide a crate for sleeping, blanket and toy from home home to improve their fur baby’s comfort and enhance their stay. I don’t have any breed restrictions, but I prefer small or medium breeds. It is important guest dogs are socialized with other animals and do not exhibit or have a history of aggressive behaviors that require professional training or behavior modification, such as food aggression or territory aggression. All animals must be neutered or spayed and current on vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations, including Bordatella (kennel cough), at first stay is required, and annually thereafter.
A typical day
If your fur baby needs more stimulation than my backyard full of birds, squirrels, and host doggos, there is a walking trail behind my house that leads to a city park.

I am a nurse by trade, but I have turned my passion for dogs into a business that provides supplemental income. I currently work from home full-time, so my dogs (and any guests) spend a lot of time hanging out on the couch or running around in our backyard.
