We had a meet and greet a couple of weeks before we left, in order to discuss the needs of our 2 senior dogs. We provided a daily feeding and bathroom instructions, which she understood and agreed to. Within the first week my neighbor had concerns and reached out to a family member, who came over to evaluate the situation. One of the terms of the agreement was for her to spend the night. That didn’t happen, nor did she follow the schedule of bathroom breaks and walks. There was some improvement after discussions with family member, but she never fully adhered to the agreement.

Larissa was great! We have a senior dog who is a picky eater sometimes and a younger dog who’s reactive on his leash, so they require a bit more care, but Larissa was super communicative, thorough, and diligent about following my (unnecessarily extensive) instructions. Took great care of the house, sent a bunch of cute photos of the dogs. We came home to two happy, tired pups. Definitely plan to re-book with Larissa!
