Larisa did an amazing job watching our two boys and was very quick to respond. She also sent lots of pictures checking in here and there :)

I booked Larisa for drop-in visits over Memorial Day weekend because my husband I were going to Wilmington for a little vacation. At about 11:30 pm on our first night in Wilmington, I realized I had never received a Rover card for the scheduled 9:00 pm visit. I tried messaging and calling Larisa, but got no response. She didn't get in touch until 1:30 am, at which point she said our cats were "all good" but that she had experienced problems with her phone and couldn't access the Rover app. My husband and I immediately knew she was lying because our garage door app showed that it hadn't been opened since we left home, and the plan was for Larisa to open the garage using a code and access keys to our home. Long story short, my husband and I drove all the way back home to Charlotte in the middle of the night because we were so concerned. When we got home, we found more proof that Larisa had lied. The cans of cat food were still sitting unopened on the kitchen counter and the water bowl had not been refilled. I told Larisa to cancel the additional visits we had booked, which she did, but she did not offer to refund the first visit. In other words, she was taking my money for services that she never provided. I went through a long process to report all of this to Rover, and they refunded the money for that first visit based on the evidence I provided that Larisa had never actually entered my home. This entire experience was extremely disturbing. Larisa created a safety concern for my pets by neglecting them, she lied to me repeatedly, and she basically tried to steal from me by accepting payment for services she never provided. All of this is even more shocking because I had booked Larisa in the past and never had any concerns about the services she provided. I'm now left wondering if she lied to me previously and failed to provide adequate care for my pets without me knowing it.
