Pet care experience
Hello! I’m Lara and I have recently moved to Edinburgh from Auckland, New Zealand. I’ve dog sat/walked of dogs all shapes and sizes from dachshunds to golden retrievers. I have taken care of dogs for up to a week full time while the owners have been on holiday, including 3 daily walks, feeding, bathing, medicating and lots of cuddles. I am currently not working and just studying online part time, so have plenty of free time to give your pooch the upmost attention and lots of love! I am in a large 2 bed flat with a few lovely parks nearby to me, and in your home I’m happy to do anything required to care for your pet. Their safety and comfort is paramount to me and I always strive to create a loving, stress free environment for everyone. Feel free to reach out anytime, I’m very flexible and happy to accept last minute bookings.

A typical day
When looking after your dog I’ll make sure to keep them entertained (or let them snooze on the couch if that’s what they prefer!) I live by a few lovely, dog friendly parks and cafes too. I like to go out at least 3x a day for walks unless they are an older dog and require less.
