Pet care experience
I am a 37 year old animal lover living in West Boca Raton. I am the owner of Lara’s Lucky Paws LLC. I am a licensed, insured, bonded and CPR certified pet sitter and dog walker. I have 2 young cats and a 15 year old Havanese dog (hypo-allergenic). My dog is epileptic and I have been giving him seizure medication twice a day for the past 10 years. If your dog has special needs, they are in great hands! My animals are super friendly! I currently volunteer at a cat rescue in Oakland Park doing everything from cleaning, feeding, liter boxes, social media and event planning and I have also volunteered doing dog walking at Tri-County Humane Society in the past and love spending my free time taking care of animals. Most of my business is by word of mouth referrals which is why I don’t have many reviews on here but I can provide over 40 references. Thank you! I work remote from home so I am available around the clock for your babies! I have a very clean, kid free, quiet and organized home I have a two bedroom two bath villa and live alone with my 3 animals. I have cameras so I can monitor constantly if I have to run out to service another client. Dogs are free to roam my house :) I also have a pvc fenced and turfed backyard.

Lara is a very delightful and friendly person. She looks after my German Shepherd, Mr. Snuggles, along with my cat (Luna) when I am on shift (I am a firefighter). My dog requires tons of activity and Lara takes him to the dog park near our house for about a half hour and lets him get out all his energy. Lara has tons of experience with animals. She volunteers at Tri-County Animal Shelter and has a dog and two cats of her own. I've noticed a wonderful change in the behavior of my dog since she has been working for me. When I used to leave my dog home on shift, I'd return to my home and it was destroyed. Mr. Snuggles behavior has completely changed for the better!
I believe Lara has a heart needed when taking care of other's pets. She is very loving as a dog caregiver as well as a cat caregiver. Her love of animals is amazing and she gives them all her big heart. She is one to speak out if an animal is not being care for properly. I highly recommend Lara to be a part of Rover.com, she would be an asset to any dog or cat who would be put into her care.
Lara is an amazing animal caregiver! She's the only individual I trust taking care of my chihuahua Joey when I go out of town.
