Kind Trustworthy and Caring

Pet care experience

I’m all about creating the BEST client/pet experience. I’m all around reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic. I am currently in college to be a nail technician/ small business owner for pet sitting and dog boarding. I’ve been employee of the month for three months as a brand ambassador for an upscale jewelry store. I’ve had many years of experience with dog sitting walking and house training. I am also a neat freak I love everything to be clean and tidy for your furry loved ones. ANY service I provide will be to the best of my capabilities, and I also treat each animal as if they were my own, with love. I am always open to any questions or concerns! I absolutely love what I do. Also my booking are STRICT!

Laquanya did an amazing job with my special needs kitten. She’s super sweet and understood his health concerns. She sent me photos and updated me through the day. Pumpkin was grateful for the hugs and cuddles. Highly recommend!!!

Milo and I are new to the area and was in need of a sitter, I contacted Laquanya and set up a meet and greet, upon arrival Milo fell in love with her which made things so much easier. I ended up boarding him with her instead of doing doggy daycare, I received updates indicating that my little fur baby was being taken care of....not to mention she spoiled my boy?. Overall a great experience, she truly love dogs and treat them like her own.

Laquanya was absolutely amazing with our baby Paisley!! We had our annual beach trip coming up and was struggling finding someone we trusted, Paisley surprised us by having a seizure (something she had never done) 2 weeks before we were scheduled to leave which made our search that much harder. We felt our only option was to kennel her at her vet so we could ensure if she had another seizure she was taken care of. In a last attempt I decided to search for dog sitters because I couldn't stand the thought of Paisley being in a kennel for a week and that is when I came across Laquanya. She responded immediately and had no issue with the short notice (only 2 days before we were scheduled to leave). She allowed us as much time as we felt we needed to make sure Paisley was comfortable before we left (and to make sure we were comfortable since we contacted her with such short notice and our schedule (not hers, she was allowing us to come over anytime before we left to meet her and allow her to meet Paisley) didnt allow us to do a meet and greet before we left). Our Paisley is extremely sensitive especially when it comes to people. We had a situation that she came across a not so good person and she of course stood firm in front of me for protection (not aggressively at all) and when the person attempted to pet her she peed herself because she knew the person was a bad person and wanted to run but wouldn't leave me alone.(We instantly know if someone is a good person because she will not go to someone that isnt a truly good hearted person) So of course we didnt know what to expect when we got to Laquanya's house. When we got there it seemed like Paisley knew Laquanya her entire life! She just loved her and played and showed no signs of anxiety at all! Laquanya then had her fiance come by to meet Paisley while we were still there to ensure there wouldn't be any issues while we were gone which made us alittle nerves again because it has been mostly men that Paisley has been sensitive towards and to my surprise she went to him and treated him the same as her! She just loved him played with him (which she has NEVER in her life done with any man, she is always leery when she first gets around a man until she decides what she feels about him and then she will allow them to pet her or she will hide behind me.) So I was just stunned at her reaction to the entire situation which made me feel so good about leaving her for the first time in her life. Once we were gone Laquanya sent us pictures constantly throughout the week and kept us updated about everything that was going on with Paisley. The last day before we were scheduled to drive back we did get the dreaded phone call (immediately after it happened) that Paisley had another seizure (this was kinda expected but we hoped it wouldn't happen again. After we took her to the vet with her first seizure she was diagnosed with canine epilepsy. Her vet is not ready to put her on medication because she is so young, the seizures last under 5 minutes and once she is put on the medication there is a chance her lifespan will be shortened and it is a daily medication, it's just not bad enough for medication yet). Laquanya has experience dealing with canine seizures and took such good care of Paisley during hers. Paisley had an accident during her seizure so Laquanya cleaned her up afterwords and just took such great care of her during and after to make sure she was ok and felt safe and loved. When we got there the next day to pick up Paisley she had everything ready for us and my daughter ran in to excited and actually scared Paisley lol. Once again we were allowed all the time we needed to love on Paisley and talk about her stay (my teenage son accidentally knocked over her very large bag of dog food and spilled it everywhere and Laquanya just laughed and didnt get upset at all which I thought was amazing because I could tell how embarrassed my son was and she showed no irritation what so ever which made him feel better). Her house is clean and set up for the dogs she watches so there isn't stuff dogs can get in to. She just done such an amazing job taking care of our Paisley I can not express in words how grateful I am to have found her and I plan on using her for as long as she allows me to. She even messaged me the following day to make sure Paisley was doing ok and adjusted back to being at home. I can tell she truly cares for her like she does with all her dogs. I would HIGHLY suggest using Laquanya and wish I could give her more than 5 stars. If you are looking for a good, caring, responsible, enjoyable person to watch your dog (aka child if your anything like me) then hire Laquanya I just cant stress enough how happy we are with her and the care she provided our baby.
