Pet care experience
I've been taking care of animals my entire life... I grew up on a farm with cattle and livestock protectors, hunting, and personal dogs. I've been in animal husbandry professionally for 10 years, studied biology in college, volunteer my free time to animals in zoos and aquarium, and currently work for a conservation group protecting marine-life. Interestingly, the past 3 years has been my biggest learning experience in caring for a pet at home as my lady dog has become wheelchair dependent. The love, time, effort, and energy we have to put in daily to make her life as comfortable as possible isn't always "a bed of roses" but we have been enjoying the toddler-esk personality she has affected. My career goal is to create a humanity that is both human and humane. My goal for you, is to give your pet the attention and happiness they constantly want and always give in return. I will take care of all animals as if they were my own and will put their safety and needs above all else. I can't wait to meet you and your pet, and make the day great again!

Absolute best experience ever. We had lance watch our dog hank for 2 days. Lance was quick to respond with updates and send lots of pictures. He even went above and beyond and stopped in to check on Hank when we didn’t have anything scheduled! Seriously amazing!! Lance just became the first person to ask anytime we need someone to watch our boy! THANK YOU LANCE!
I have 2 dogs and one can be quite skittish especially when it comes to men. But I was in need of help and Lance was able to walk my girls for me with apparently no issue with Rosie, sounds like she warmed right up to him. Which was such a relief and illustrates what a dog person he truly is. Now whenever they see him they both get excited, especially Rosie! Lance has a very quick reply time to text messages (which is how we communicate) I find that very professional and I appreciate it. The times he has helped me with the girls he sends a text afterwards to let me know how they did (as well as poos and or pee). Which I appreciate immensely!

My pets come first and foremost in any situation. I have cancelled flight, dinner plans, even driven 8 hrs back home the moment I arrived at a destination for my pets. I do what needs to be done for the safety and care of any animal, no questions asked.

I like to know temperament around humans and other animals, especially on leash vs off leash preferences. Additionally, I have my own wheelchair bound pet, so for those with disabilities I will do my best to accommodate most any care.
A typical day
I have an appreciation for both animals and the outdoors, getting to have both together makes for an incredible day. From some hikes in the mountains to a bike ride in the pet trailer, your pet will have a blast getting to be a dog in the wild!

I’m currently in the process of switching careers and while I study I have more than enough time to spend with some great pets. An animals love is altruistic and forever, I try to give as much of that back to them as I possibly can.
