If I could give a zero I could. Talk about a horrific experience. I meet the sitter explaining everything I expect, sitter agree to everything. Once gone she took them out only twice the first day and she already started to complain about my dog having an “accidents”. The sitter said she didn’t have time to clean messes. Which can happen when watching dogs. The sitter then message while across the country that I need to find a new sitter. Being military and not living in the area long I didn’t have anyone to take care of them. This lady was going to abandon my dogs while I was gone. My husband luckily got a friend to watch the one dog she was complaining about. Once I begged her to watch the other two the one that made “messes” is being watch by friends. She then said the other two make messes every time she goes and it’s too much for her. Rover then said I would have to find someone while I’m across country trying to celebrate my sons first birthday because he hasn’t ever met some family. So instead of enjoying my time seeing family I haven’t seen in forever I was stressing and was planning to leave my trip super early because my dogs were about to be abandoned. Our friend picked up the dog she had a issue with my lab. He stated the house showed no sign of mess. I had the washer and dryer cleaned out before I left and only had one towel that he claim was spoiled or maybe had pee on it. But nothing indicating these “messes” every-time she went. There was even no paper towels in the trash that I’ve left out just in case. Luckily we found someone else to watch my dogs and has not complained of them since!! This new sitter is not with river. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this sitter. If you are going to abandon dogs because of so call “messes” you shouldn’t watch dogs.

Lanae was really amazing. She took my dog Bucky for 4 days and I felt so comfortable. My little guy seemed super happy when I got home and she sent me pictures of him throughout his stay. My favorite thing is when I had dropped him off and my dog was getting upset I could here Lanae comforting him. I 100% plan on using Lanae again!
