I need to make sure that your pet is not dog aggressive in any way. My Dog Lola is very sweet and non aggressive and very docile so it is very important that yours is the same way. And also your dog must be good with cats, used to being around them, sweet to them. No cat chasing or growling at cats whatsoever. My Cat Cookie is 11 years old and very comfortable around dogs as long as they are not too hyper or have a shrill bark. As long as your Doggy is sweet and does not pee in the house, no pee pads and is current on All Shots and Flea medications we are all good. Also, I live in a Condo and do not have a backyard and no doggy door so your dog has to be used to going pee and poop outside or on a walk. Also, it is ok if your dog barks when the door bell rings but not a lot of barking all day.

I live in a beautiful Condo Community and everyone has dogs so it is fun and safe to walk around the complex and lots of grass. Also, we love to play fetch with Tennis balls and have tons of toys. My dog Lola is a huge squeak toy lover. I take her on 2 walks per day and make sure she goes pee first thing in the morning and right before we go to bed. I give dogs tons of attention and affection and believe in positive reinforcement NEVER yelling or telling them they are bad only praising them for the good behavior but no shaming whatsoever.
