Hello! We've moved!!! My name is Lanvy, and I am a school psychologist by day, but a dog lover during all hours! I recently also became a new mommy to Estelle, and am home full time for the foreseeable future. I am attentive, active, and have years of experience caring for my own pups (currently, I have a 9 year old terrier mix named Lionel Itchie). Lionel and I live with my husband, and fellow dog lover, Andrew, who also helps out with doggy care. We are now situated in Artcraft Manor in Long Beach, and have easy access to dog friendly walking paths and Stearns Park. Lionel loves to go on walks, play fetch, play chase with other dogs, work for treats, or just laze around on the couch. Any pup who wants to join us in these activities is welcome! Please let us know ahead of time regarding medications, allergies, and any special instructions. I prefer to do meet and greets before booking stays to ensure that Lionel and your pup can get along (Lionel has sometimes has a difficult time with dogs that are significantly larger than him.)

Lamby is literally the best dog sitter ever. I couldn’t recommend her and her husband enough. They took great care of our puppy, zuko, and sent constant updates throughout his stay! Literally made us feel like we never left him. Would 100% leave my pup with lamby again!
I had to make a quick trip out of town for work and was glad Lanvy was available to board Nola for the weekend. It's been awhile since nolabut Nola remembered and was super excited to see everyone!
Lamby was super nice and felt very comfortable right when we met her. When knew she would be great watch our pups. Really appreciated all the pictures she sent us during our trip. Will definitely book with her again in the future!

For boarding and day sitting, I would prefer small to medium dogs because Lionel gets intimidated by larger dogs (although, he has befriended a 70 lb pit bull before), but exceptions can be made. Additionally, I would like to know about a dog's special needs, treat allergies, or any health problems that I need to be especially mindful of.
A typical day
Dogs can expect to go on walks in the neighborhood and Stearns Park. On weekends we may take a trip to Rosie's Dog Beach or other local spots! Signal Hill is a favorite for our adventure doggos.

Availability
We are available for dog boarding for doggos that get along well with Lionel and baby. There will be days where we will be unavailable, and this should be reflected in our calendar. If it isn't, we will communicate accordingly!
