Laine was awesome! After meeting her, we were comfortable having her stay at our house and care for our 3 dogs and 2 cats. Our pets took up to her quickly and she was very good at keeping us updated on a daily basis. She sent lots of pics..which put us at ease while on vacation. I will be requesting her services again...and would recommend her to others needing a good honest sitter ...

Laine did an excellent job! She was very good about keeping in touch and sending photos of our pets while we were away. Very reassuring to know our animals were in good hands.we highly recommend Laine.

Laine is an amazing petsitter. I basically have a small zoo at my house and she is the only person that I have found in years that I feel comfortable leaving my animals with. Even my neurotic dog does great when she is around and he has a lot of issues with new people. She makes sure to spend enough time so the animals don't feel like they are alone and is great at sending ...

No Worries, Excellent References!

I have been a pet sitter on my own for about seven years. I have worked at a kennel in St. Louis for almost five years and in Columbia for over three years. I can't own a dog of my own while I'm in college, so working with them and dog sitting is a big part of my life. Not only do I have personal and professional boarding experience with dogs and personal experience with ...

What Laine would like to know about your dog

Good things to know about a pet before sitting him or her would be feeding instructions and if they are on any medications, how often they need their medication, etc. I also like to know your dog's general behaviors and any issues they may have, such as separation anxiety or destructive behaviors such as chewing furniture. If you have been training your dog or reward them for certain behaviors, I would like to keep up with your methods while you're away. Essentially, I like to know their detailed daily routine, so I can follow it as closely as possible. My goal is to have your pet so happy, they've forgotten you've left them with a sitter! This is also why I only do in-home overnight sitting; animals tend to do much better in their own homes while their owners are away.
