Pet care experience
I am extremely experienced in caring for puppies and cats of all ages. My husband and I share two beautiful adult cats and our 14 month old German Shepherd/Schnauzer-mix puppy. I have learned so much with our puppy and am also attending weekly training classes with him to supplement our at-home training. I am a total animal lover and treat all pets as if they were my own.

Laila was GREAT! Will definitely be a repeat customer. She was very attentive to my puppies’ needs and kept me well informed of all his activities.
We were very happy with Laila’s four-night housesitting; more importantly, our three kitties were very happy, too. The youngest slept with her 3 of 4 nights; the skittish newest constantly came running to play with her; and the oldest who always hides even came out and watched Laila play with the two boys. We received daily updates with pictures and it was very obvious the kitties were having a blast. Most impressive of all was… knowing we would not return until 10pm, Laila came back to the house to feed dinner, even though her time on the clock had ended that morning. Laila is thoughtful and super kind and tooo care of our kitties as if they were her own. Highly (highly) recommend..!!!
Laila was a wonderful cat sitter. She sent me updates daily and I could tell she gave my cat a lot of love. He seemed very comfortable with her and he’s not like that with other sitters. My house looked exactly how I left it after 10 days being gone.
Laila is a wonderful pet sitter! She was super attentive to Izzy (our chatty cat) and asked lots of questions beforehand (at an in person visit!). She also sends great photos and updates. I would highly recommend hiring her as your pet sitter.

I am extremely reliable, punctual, and communicative. I have experienced having sitters watch my babies so I truly understand the trust and responsibility of caring for someone else's pets. Both my cats are on specific diets and one took medications for a while so I am also well versed in detailed care. I am happily fully vaccinated!

Information Laila K. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pet takes any medications. Besides basic care guidelines, I would love to know what your pet enjoys/their typical personality traits. For doggy daycare, I would like to introduce my puppy in advance to ensure both pups are comfortable and happy. I do have cats in the house and while they usually stay upstairs, I think high prey-driven pups would be too stimulated at my house.
A typical day
I love to play with pets in a way that stimulates their minds and exerts energy to ensure they’re not bored or stressed in any way. I would walk dogs three times a day with my puppy, and let them have free play time downstairs in the house. I also supervise him close to 100% of the time to ensure he’s not putting anything besides toys in his mouth- I would do the same for your pup. I gladly will host pups who are not yet fixed, housebroken, or crate trained. I know these processes take patience and love helping pups learn the ropes. I’m happy to adjust anything based on the needs of your pet.

Availability
I'm currently working full-time and am available to do drop in visits in the evening only. Since my schedule already revolves around our puppy and he loves other dogs, I am happy to provide doggy daycare and walks on weekends too- my dog would love a playmate! I limit the pups to stay downstairs within sight and make sure the environment is hazard-free. I am also available to house sit.
