Hi, I’m LaFaith; I’ve been doing Rover Part time for 3 years now. I work from home full time as a Mortgage Loan Processor. I currently reside in West Plano close to Willow Bend Mall. I’m experienced sitting small pups, disabled/ special needs dogs, older dogs; all types of breeds. You name it! Also, I have administered oral medication as well. I loveee what I do & I will guarantee you’ll receive exceptional service. I.E. Updates, photos, videos of their stay; play time w/ me & my family, walks etc! Checkout my testimonials 😃 **Important FAQs: Kindly Reminders 1. Rover receives 20% of our earnings from each booking. Example: If you pay $265; I will receive $212 Regular rate: $35 ( Rates are subject to change) Holiday rates $25-$30 (depending on availability/Rates are subject to change) This expense goes towards upkeep of the Rover app & to provide emergency services if needed for your dog **Every Rover sitter has gone through a background check ✅** 2. Prior to booking please make sure your pup/doggie is well groomed, cleaned, & has flea collar. 3. Please bring necessary items. Leash, food/water bowl, treats, toys and or Vet info if applicable 4. Mandatory to bring during their stay: Potty Pads, Kennel/and or bed, and food (No exceptions) 5. Lastly, dogs may suffer from separation anxiety. Please bring an item of yours that you can provide that will ease some sort of lonesome/abandonment they may feel when you’re away ☹️ Also, any damages caused by your pup/dog, you will be held liable. Lafaith did a great job. Our babies looked very comfortable during their stay. She sent good updates and pictures. She was very responsive and flexible as well.
She took very good care of my pup. I got updates each day of my puppy’s stay at Faith’s. She even picked him up from my home. Would definitely use her again.
Upon arrival, the sitter did not answer her door. I had spoken with the sitter the day before to let her know that I had to leave by a certain time. I waited and tried calling the sitter several times, with no response. I then text the sitter to see if she was home and to let her know I was waiting outside. At that point, I contacted Rover.com customer service and they also tried contacted her with no luck. The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to find another sitter. At that point, I was already running a hour behind and ended up having a friend keep my puppy because I had know time to located another sitter and then drop my puppy off. Rover.com did, however, refund my payment. I’m really not sure if I will be using this service again.
