Hello, My name is Lacey and I have a passion for animal care. I have been taking care of animals for many years. My dog was my best friend growing up. He was quite rambunctious and I used to walk with him several miles a day to wear him out. I miss having a dog to snuggle, walk and play with. Let me dote some love on your pup(s) while you are away. I have experience pet sitting multiple dogs. I have no breed prejudices either. I am a very organized person and I just really love being around animals and caring for them like they are my own. I am familiar with animal care for a few other species as well if you need care for your other pets. I have experience with: cats, rabbits, hamsters, hedgehogs and other pocket pets/rodents. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to set up a meet and greet. ****Rover won’t let me make changes in the settings for some reason, but I am only offering: Drop in visits Walks Taking pets to their appointments ****No longer offering boarding or daycare.***** I can do shorter visits and walks as well. Rover only has the option for 30 or 60 but I can do 15 mins if that is all your pet needs.

Lacey was incredible with our 11 year old pup! She gave detailed updates each day of her walk with our dog, in addition to bringing in our packages which is well beyond her job. She is extremely trustworthy and I know our dog is in great hands with Lacey!
Lacey came over and did a meet and greet and instantly my cat Elizabeth loved her. She kept in contact with me the entire time (pre, post and during visits) and to top it off, during an unexpected emergency she was extremely helpful and awesome, going above and beyond our appointments! I will absolutely be asking her to continue working with Elizabeth for all future care needs!
Lacey is beyond amazing. Upon the meet and greet with Duke and Pepper we immediately knew our pups were going to be in fabulous hands. We couldn’t be more pleased. The comfort she provided us knowing how much she cares about them really set our minds at ease.

Is the pet aggressive in any way? With food or if you touch his/her paws or anything else? I cannot board a dog that is aggressive in any way. Is the pet house trained? I have a 1 year old and so I need to know for sure the pet is house trained. Is the pet good around young children and men? What is the pets temperament? Up to date on shots? On flea prevention? How is the dog on a walk? Can dog be off leash in yard? Does the dog have separation anxiety?
A typical day
We will walk to the park near my house which has a lot of wildlife and is just overall a nice big area full of trees. At home we will play with toys if your pet is into that. If Your pet is more of a lover we can snuggle instead.
