She was like a member of the family. I have never seen my dogs instantly bond with anyone like that before. There was not even a warm up session needed. They just followed her into her Apt liked they lived there. i am still amazed!!

LaNetta assured me that she would be there to provide peace of mind regarding drop-in visits with my dog while I was out of town and unfortunately that was not the case. I get it that people make mistakes but when you are out of town and expecting reliable service, missing the check in with your dog does not give one peace of mind or make a good impression. I made reasonable accommodations to try to work with her but, getting dates mixed up and not following simple instructions was just not ok. Especially when dates and times were clearly established and paid for. The excuses didn't help because if you are in a space where you have too much going on in your life you need to be honest about it with yourself and your customers so that other reliable accommodations can be made. My dog was not harmed in any way but I did not get the peace of mind I was promised or paid for.
