Pet care experience
I have owned and cared for all kinds of pets since I was a young child. I previously was a teacher and currently work full time as an Adoption Specialist for the Lexington Humane Society. I've been employed by LHS for 5+ years and have worked and handled all kinds of animals from big to small. I additionally have training experience for dogs that might be shy, timid, a handful, or stubborn. I love them all!

My kitties were so well attended to! They had plenty of food and a clean litter box when we got home. She has so much experience with cats so we weren’t worried about litter box maintenance (we use pine pellets and not everyone is comfortable with it). I got great pictures and updates. Will definitely be a rebook
The fact that my cats come out and have their pictures taken is a sure sign that they appreciate and enjoy Krysten's care. Sorry I overlooked tipping. Did Rover make it less prominent or was I in a post-travel haze?
Kyrsten did a great job checking on our kitties while we were away! She provided them pets when they let her and treats when they weren’t feeling social. Would love to hire again!
SO SO amazing!!! She took amazing care of my 3 kitties and sends the most adorable pictures :) I love Kyrsten because she sends detailed updates and 4-5 pics of my babies for each visit! Also very flexible with getting and returning my key!

I welcome ALL breeds, as long as they meet requirements for staying in my home with my pets. I am happy to make regular home visits for any pets that might not do well in my own home.
A typical day
Regular visits for walks at Jacobson Park, neighborhood walks, and dog park visits (with owner request/permission) and cuddles on the couch for the less active pups!
