Pet care experience
I have had dogs all my life. For 8 years I assisted a Pomeranian dog breeder. I have worked with all ages and all sizes of dogs. When I was a teenager I got a lot of jobs dog sitting for people in my church. I mostly took care of the dogs in their home. I have experience with sick and elderly dogs. If a dog has a special diet or needs to take medications I am comfortable with giving the dogs whatever care they need.

My husky Titan is always excited to see Kyra. She's always happy and upbeat and handles him very well...even when he's being a bratty husky. She's cared for my friends dogs as well and I know she loves our pups as much as we do which as a dog mom is important. I'm so glad I found her to help give my pup the extra exercise he needs when my work days get a little hectic
Kyra R. is great with animals of all types. I have never seen her meet a dog that didn't enjoy being in her company. Kyra has a compassionate nature. She is dependable and usually a little early to appointments. She takes her responsibilities seriously. Though she has a friendly personality, she can be firm with dogs and knows how to keep them safe. She helped care for dogs with a breader and was raised with dogs in her home. She has experience with dogs of all types and sizes. I would recommend her to watch, walk, or care for anyones dog.

I'll try my best to keep your dog happy. If they are fed at certain time, walked at a certain time, or have a wined down for bed routine that's what we'll do. I live alone in an apartment. I don't currently have any pets (all of the pictures are pets back in Michigan). Your dog(s) will get all of the space and attention. I am excited to interact with your fur family and give them a safe and happy experience.

I like to think that I know a lot about dogs in general but every dog is unique. It is really helpful when you tell me about your dogs particular wants and needs. What toys do they like to play with? Do they do a lot of pulling on walks or are they easily distracted? What are their likes/dislikes? Are they ok with being picked up and carried? Let me know what your pup is like and if they need any special attention.
A typical day
I have learned through my years of playing with pets that they each have they're own favorite way to play. I enjoy playing with toys: fetch, tug-a-war, soccer, or puzzles like hide and seek. I also love outside play like running around in the yard or an open field. Some dogs loved to be chased and others prefer to chase.

Availability
I am currently in school full time and my schedule changes every semester. There are some days when I am available in the morning but I am almost always available in the evening. I like to visit my parents/family up in Michigan on random weekends and I volunteer for my church every 2nd and 4th Friday night.
