Pet care experience
I will love and care for your dog just as you do! I absolutely love dogs and have cared for many different breeds from yorkies to french bull mastiffs, and dogs of many different ages from puppies to seniors. I was in the 4H for 6 years and worked with farm animals as well. I was also a volunteer for an animal rescue for 2 years! I recently lost my heart dog Kirby who was a Jack Russell mix he lived a beautiful 13.5 years as my best friend. Unfortunately he lost his battle to heart disease on February 21, 2022. Although I’m not quite ready to get another dog just yet, I would love the opportunity to share my love for animals with your pets! I hope you will chose me to love and care for your dogs, I can assure you that love (and lots of belly rubs) is what they will receive in every visit! Feel free to ask me any questions or concerns you may have!

Kyra has been so great with my standard poodle and has put in extra effort to make him comfortable and less anxious when I’m not around. I really appreciate the communications too which assure me he’s being well cared for.

I will always leave the house as it is found and make sure if the dog(s) makes any mess that it is cleaned up prior to your arrival. I am also able to feed, distribute medications, walk your dog(s) and/or let them out to play in the backyard.

No preference with breed or age, I would prefer to know the temperament of the dog and any special requests he/she may need, including but not limited to feeding times, walking paths/lengths, specific treats, any allergies/medications, health conditions, etc.
A typical day
We will practice several fun basic commands to help stimulate their minds this will cause them to exert their energy in a more mental way compared to the normal physical exertion of energy which we will also do by going on long walks. Afterwards ending the day with lots of belly rubs!
