We could not be more pleased with our first experience leaving our Jack over a weekend with Kylie! This was our first experience using the Rover app - we met with 3 people and although all 3 homes may have been fine for our Jack we are relieved to know Jack was so well taken care of. The communication Kylie kept with us while we were eight hrs away was great. We were very appreciate Kylie was honest with us as to how Jack was doing (he struggled the first overnight the second night he did better), I’m sure a few suggestions helped her understand our Jack and what he is used to at night time. Kylie took a couple pictures and sent them to us - took the dogs to the dog park - our Jack is what people refer to as a ‘bolter’ (likes to run free off leash at any chance he can & wont come back when called) for an 11 yr old cockapoo he is fast. I am grateful to know Kylie did not have to go thru that experience and was attentive to that. We have taken Jack to a few boarding places and found one he did well at however each time after his time there he would came back with kennel cough (though always up to date on shots) - we then found a sweet gal who comes to our home and would stay here to take care of Jack and our cat while we are away however she isn’t available any longer so to find someone who we felt would love Jack and care for him as her own we are so very grateful to have found Kylie!!!! Jack is used to being indoors mostly and enjoys being outdoors. We call him our ‘shadow’ because he is always wherever we are even when we are asleep. These things people that don't know him don’t know until communicated, I’m thankful Kylie communicated and we were able to help make the experience for both Jack and Kylie and her family go well. Kylie did great with my two dogs. My taffy had a ear infection and she made sure that she got her ear drops every day and that she was comfortable. And she did great with my handful of a puppy Coco . She had them for 2 nights 3 days and was amazing with them sent me pics and updates everyday. Will be using her again for sure !!
