Kylie was wonderful! She provided updates and pictures of the cats, which we greatly appreciated. Our flight was delayed, and she was able to fit us in to check on our cats even though she was not scheduled to do so. This provided a great relief to us. We highly recommend Kylie and look forward to scheduling with her again.

I cannot express enough how great Kylie was! I have never had anyone outside of friends and family watch my dog, and I was very nervous about it. She was so professional, considerate, and I could tell my dog was a happy camper all weekend by how calm and happy she was when I returned. On top of that, I am an absolute airhead and forgot to leave the keys to my apartment for her. Luckily, my friend had a spare that she brought to her, but what no one has but me is the key fob to the apartment building that locks from 7pm to 7am. By the time I realized, I was 6 hours into my road trip. I was so upset with myself and ready to turn around and scrap the trip completely, but Kylie was so gracious about the situation and rolled with having to be stuck at my apartment for 12 hour every night and prop the building door open at the risk of accidentally getting locked out to let my dog out to pee. She is an absolute gem, and I highly recommend booking her!
