I’m Kyle and live in King with my wife. We love the area and the opportunity for outdoor activities with our pups, Brian and Oliver. We offer walks, check-ins and pet boarding in our home for both dogs and cats. We have two large, mixed breed rescue dogs and are used to handling dogs 65 lbs and over. We can give oral and injectable medications as necessary. Both of our dogs are dog and cat friendly, and we do ask that your pet gets along well with other animals if they are staying with us! 10/10 Kyle and his family were an awesome substitute family for my dad’s dog Lola when he was unable to return home from the hospital as anticipated and had to go to rehab. I was unable to stay there longer and had to return home out of state. I was really panicked because dad had never left her with anyone but family or a close friend before and they were unable to take her on short notice and both the kennel near him and by my home were both booked due to Spring Break. I found Rover.com online and messaged Kyle, and he was able to take her that night! We met Kyle at his home and Lola “checked him out” and then let me know she approved! After meeting his wife and both Brian and Oliver, Lola “told” me she would be okay to stay with them. :) Kyle messaged and sent frequent almost daily pictures that I was able to forward to dad so he could see that she was being very well cared for and had made new friends. This really helped my dad to be able to concentrate on his rehab and not worry as much about Lola; this was a huge weight off my shoulders as well. We have no hesitation about having Kyle keep Lola again if needed. I feel they were very attentive and treated her as their own while she was there.
10/10 I would recommend Kyle as a responsible and loving dog caregiver! Kyle is a kind and compassionate human being with excellent judgement and tons of experience with dogs, cats and even chickens! He is a wonderful dad to his own large breed dogs and lives a very active lifestyle, enjoying activities like hiking that would be perfect for any energetic pup. From my own experience, my dog Bailey is a rescue who is normally afraid of men but there is no one I would trust more to watch, walk and play with my girl. Kyle knows how to take a gentle approach while earning the trust of any new dog and I'm confident that he would do a great job of caring for your pup like his own!
