Hi! My name is Kyle and I'm a 3rd year medical student at the University of Michigan. My boyfriend and I are huge dog lovers and love helping other busy folks take care of their animals. We are done with our medical rotations, and he is currently on a research year, so we have more free time until we apply for residency in the Fall. We would love to help you take care of your fur babies and enjoy being active and outdoorsy. My approach to caring for animals is very affectionate and hands on--I love caring for them and am grateful for the opportunity to help them stay active and feel loved. My mini-schnauzer, Hugo, had an awesome time staying with Kyle! She and her partner were very responsive and professional, and her love of and knowledge about dogs came across in everything she did. I would highly recommend her!
If you don’t chose Kyle, you’re fur baby is missing out. Kyle is the absolute best when it comes to caring for our pup. She makes sure that she gets so much exercise, takes her on fun excursions, and is in constant communication with you throughout your pets stay. She eased my mind about any worries I had as this was our first time leaving our pup for so long and she sent so many pictures. our pup loves Kyle so much and it was so great for her to be able to stay with Kyle. Whenever we leave again Kyle will be the first person I contact!
Kyle and Brian took great care of our sweet (but also occasionally bratty) pup! They sent lots of photos and updates so we could “stay in touch” while we were gone and missing her! We are so grateful for their tender care, and have already booked with them again!
Kyle and her boyfriend were awesome in watching Loki. In everything from the meet in greet to the actual dog boarding. They were flexible in allowing us to add a day to avoid the recent snow storm. And constantly sent pictures and updates of all the walks and park time they took Loki on.

We have a soft spot for spitz breeds like Shiba Inus, eskimo, and huskies, but we love a wide variety of dog breeds. We would love to know if the dog has any social sensitivities (comfort around men/women, other dogs) or other quirks (signals about when to go outside, how they like to play, allergies, etc.)
A typical day
We usually take dogs on walks near the cascades, through the Arb, and near our apartment in the "White Coat Area" near the hospital. We love taking dogs to the dog park on Plymouth so they can socialize and burn off energy.
