I have over ten years of professional and personal animal care experience ranging from dogs and cats all the way to horses and even birds-of-prey! My experience ranges through almost every aspect of pet care, from basic care taking, to bathing, nail-trimming, ear cleaning, and I am comfortable administering topical and ingestible medications. I began in the animal care industry with my very first job at age 16 as a kennel tech for a local vet clinic in my town, and that love of working with, and for, animals has followed me ever since. At 23, I began working at Medieval Times in Dallas as a squire, where I learned how to care for (and jump off!) the horses in our stables, and after two years in that position I became the falconer. For four years I worked with the two falcons in our care, trained with them, performed with them, and handled all of their veterinary needs. Since then, I have worked for Petsmart as a dog bather, led mule rides up and down Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado, and most recently I was instrumental in building a dog day care facility in Hurst. Animals are my passion, and I am eager to share that passion with anyone looking for quality pet care. I am looking forward to meeting you and creating a pet care plan that we both feel good about!
