Friendly dog-lover, recently out of the Navy and moved back to San Diego to continue my college degree and next career steps. Back home in Las Vegas, my parents have a Belgian Malnois (often confused with German Shepard) and a Jack Russell/King Cavalier mix that I constantly look forward to seeing again when I can visit. I've dog and house sat for friends and family several times in the past (can provide references) and have had great experiences each time I was given the opportunity. I have a strong passion for all animals (yes I'm usually that guy walking down the street asking you if I can pet your dog) and I'd be honored to take care of yours. I can accommodate your dog(s) at my home, as long as they do not bark on a very frequent basis since my building is older and don’t want to disturb my neighbors. I have an outdoor balcony and live within walking distance to a dog-friendly beach/ plenty of streets for short or long walks.

The more details and transparency the better for me. I’d love to know ahead of time information about what kind of food they eat/ how often/ treats, etc. as well as the preferred amount of time spent outdoors on walks, fetch, etc.. also how they interact with other dogs and other people so I can be better prepared.
A typical day
I’m more than happy to accommodate your dogs to your preference of physical activity.. I understand there are some smaller or older dogs that can’t take too much, and others that can’t seem to get enough. I can even take your dog to Fiesta Island, Ocean Beach Dog Beach, a dog park, etc. depending on your comfort levels and needs.

I have a pretty open schedule currently as my university is online. I may have occasional part-time work, otherwise usually have an open schedule and will gladly accommodate as requested. I appreciate transparency and any directions or criteria to best take care of your dog(s).
