I have cared for many different types of pets and animals over the past 15 years. I have extensive experience with both domestic and wild animals, and have been caring for local pets since I was in middle school. I earned a degree from the University of Vermont where I studied Wildlife Biology & Animal Science and graduated in 2020. I have multiple years of experience working at an animal hospital as a veterinary nurse where I gained a multitude of animal medical skills and knowledge. I previously worked in a wildlife rehab hospital where I handled, diagnosed and treated wild animals on a daily basis. I was a volunteer at an animal shelter for 4 years where I walked, trained, and socialized adoptable dogs. I currently work as a wildlife biologist. Because of my many years of experience working with different types of animals, I feel confident in caring for other people’s furry family members and always treat them as I would my own. I have had the privilege of being a rover sitter for the past 6 years, and have gotten to spend time with so many amazing animals! Throughout my years of experience working with animals, I have gained crucial skills that are necessary to care for pets with individualized or medical needs. I have a flexible schedule and can work with your pet to make them as happy and comfortable as possible during their time with me. I am experienced with all breeds, ages, and sizes.
