Kyla was amazing! She instantly made me comfortable upon arrival as she was very welcoming and embraced Milo . Milo does have anxiety but she made him feel right at home in which I appreciate. The communication was great as well! I received updates and pictures . I will be booking again in the future for any needs as well as grooming . Milo came back with big smiles . I’d say my sweet boy enjoyed his stay with Kyla and her pup ❤️ I will be booking again! Thank you again Kyla! (Milo’s new Auntie) he loves it there! THANK YOU , THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Irresponsible, Negligent and Unfit Let me preface this review with the understanding that things happen and people make mistakes. But it is how we handle such situations that really speak to a person’s integrity, and character. Several days ago, three family fur babies were left in the care of PETSITTER for what should have been an uneventful extended weekend. It was our understanding that she had all the necessary supplies in her possession to adequately care for our animals. Additionally, there was an understanding that if she needed to reach out for any reason, to please do so. To my utter disbelief, after the first day in her care, we were notified that our belove Charlie had run away. After gathering details we learned that he was let out of the premises UNLEASHED, was spooked and ran off. Again- things happen. But it is the series of events that unfolded afterwards that have sparked this review. Upon being notified, our family immediately took the first flight back home to begin search and rescue. Our “Pet Sitter” lacked any accountability from the beginning. She failed to express any genuine concern or simply even apologize. She instead met us with a simple “you didn’t give me a leash” as though that negated her previous communication that she had supplies in her possession. Rover- who has acted swiftly during this process immediately lept into action and provided posters to hang. She couldn’t even be bothered to proactively hang said flyers. With the exception of the night of Charlie’s disappearance, she failed to canvas her own neighborhood to aid in his safe return nor did she join the search parties that were put together day after day to look for our four legged family member. Quite frankly, her overall lack of urgency with this matter, coupled with her nonchalant demeanor, failure to take any real accountability and negligent behavior have led me to believe she is unfit to care for anyone’s pet. I’m inclined to consider her irresponsible and untrustworthy and would be gravely concerned to learn of her continued support on the Rover platform.

Information Kyla G. would like to know about your pet

Your dog MUST be dropped off with a leash on. Let me know if your dog has any special needs or medications while on their stay. I would also like to know their normal routine. If your dog have extreme anxiety PLEASE let me know and we MUST set up a meet and greet before booking the stay. If your pet isn’t crate trained I need to know that as well and if they aren’t crate trained are they able to roam without destroying anything. Please do not let me know important things last minute or after drop off. These are all Lessons learned
