Krystin was awesome. Truly cared about our dogs and tortoise and gave us great feedback on her stay with them. She bandaged up our older dog who had reopened an old sore and gave us insight on his dental care. Our younger dog who has abandonment issues was relieved by her comforting nature. Our home was well taken care of. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking Krystin again.

I was extremely disappointed with Krystin’s services and care of my home. Booked for 3 nights and she called at 2:30am on the second night and canceled due to an emergency. I understand emergencies happen, but I returned home (after driving 14 hours straight since she canceled) to a dirty house covered in beer cans, dirty plates, personal items lying around, the TV left on, and the new guest mattress and sheets damaged and requiring professional cleaning (the sheets were thrown out). Luckily my dogs were alive and well (just hungry), but I would have expected more care be taken of my home and property. I am just very happy that I was able to get home quickly and wasn’t somewhere far where I couldn’t get home to my dogs.
