Pet care experience
I've grown up up taking care of dogs basically my entire life. I love to take care of our furry friends and have worked with dogs from the time they were puppies through to senior age. My favorite dog growing up was a beautiful Golden Retriever named Brandi. During the periods of time in my life where my landlords didn't allow me to have a dog, I had two very special bunnies, Bilbo and Samwise. I now have a sweet Chi-Spaniel named Arya.

I have a fenced in yard for breaks and play as well as a small, friendly dog of my own. Dogs are allowed on the couch for relaxation (for their and our safety, all playtime is at ground level). I have a toddler who does very well with dogs, but I do ask that any boarders that stay with us are nonreactive to children.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs or considerations that I might need to account for. I can take larger dogs if they are on the less energetic side. I do have a toddler and a small dog myself so for everyone's comfort, happiness, and safety, I will only board dogs that are comfortable with both.
A typical day
We have a nice fenced in yard where we can play games, a nicely walkable neighborhood with a few different routes we can take for variety, and lots of cuddle time. There is a dog park within walking distance that I can take them to (with permission, of course). While I am usually in the house, if we leave I like to leave on music or the Dog channel on to help our furry friends stay calm.

Availability
I work from home, which affords me the opportunity to be very flexible in my scheduling. I offer day sitting and boarding during the week, and boarding on the weekends for pets that can be left for more than a couple of hours.
