Our dog Penny loved Krysta! We had always used Petsmart Pet Hotel but our last stay with them was not good. Penny didn’t eat and they weren’t helpful during that stressful stay. So when we had to board again, we made sure to really research who will be taking care of our fur baby. Krysta was super responsive and always available — even during a busy holiday week. Penny’s favorite thing about Krysta was her amazing, dog-friendly house and spacious yard for playing. My favorite thing about Krysta was her obvious love for animals and she sent many pics of Penny having a great time. She even brought over some doggie friends for Penny to play with! We definitely recommend and will always chose to stay with Krysta!

I have long depended on Krysta to take care of my dog when I'm out of town on work, and my Otis is always taken care of amazingly. Her place is his home away from home. :)
