In the home, we follow the pet’s needs. Some animals have needed immediately affection and cuddles to settle in while other needs space to feel comfortable. We read each pet’s queues and follow accordingly. We always keep our front door closed and keep dogs on lease at all times. We typically stay clear of other dogs on walks just in case and take pups outside when there isn’t a lot of foot traffic.

Please let us know your dog’s internal clock (I.e when they wake up and go to bed). My boyfriend and I have different internal clocks, so it’ll be helpful to know how we can schedule ourselves around your dog’s needs.
A typical day
I’m a flexible pet sitter and can adjust my activities based on each pet’s needs. I love walking and enjoy jogging at an even pace. I also enjoy cuddling on the couch with a pup and watching Netflix until the next potty break. There’s plenty of room in the living room to play fetch and there’s also a dog park nearby my apartment complex if the dog needs more space to roam. Most cats enjoy my bedroom closet. When they eventually come out, they like to sit on the window sill and stare at the airplanes landing into DCA. My family cat likes to relax next to my computer as I work and there’s plenty of room on my desk for an all-day chill fest! I’m also happy to engage in play with cat toys or any other comfort items that comes with your pet.

Pet care experience
My husband and I have cared for many pets together over the last 4 years. He has owned several dogs and I grew up with cats. We make a dream team that ensures your pet is well cared for and understood since both of us know how to both love and respect animals. Your pet will be in great care with four pairs of eyes and two big hearts looking after your fur children! I work from home and my boyfriend works from home on Fridays. I am a morning person and my boyfriend is a night owl, meaning that your pet has someone to play with at all hours! I have a large apartment with a bedroom and a den. Your pet will be allowed to roam as they please. Cats typically love hanging out in our bedroom closet or on our window sill. The dogs we’ve hosted are fans of the couch and large living room area.

Kruti and Aaron did a fantastic job watching my dog! I have a bigger dog who can be a handful sometimes, but they were unfazed and brought calming energy which was appreciated. They provided daily updates and communicated just the right amount so I knew he was doing well in n their care. Their building and area is very dog friendly. Highly recommend!
5 stars would honestly be easy to justify, but for a polished balanced review: Great experience overall! They were always on time, very prompt and responsive with communication, and consistently sent photos during each walk which I really appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was being well cared for while I was away. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with — I would definitely book with them again.
I was nervous about leaving our new doggo Apollo with anyone because we’ve only had him a few months and we’re still learning his behaviors. We say he’s in his terrible twos and he can be a lot sometimes! 😅 But we had our meet and greet and Kruti and Aaron said “No problem!” It was only a few hours for Mother’s Day brunch, but sure enough, he was well behaved and they sent us a picture of Apollo hanging out calmly on the couch. Five stars for sure!
Tater! was nice and worn out when we got home. Thank you for being so flexible on a last minute booking.
